2017-01-18根据TrendForce旗下绿能事业处LEDinside（LED在线）最新“2016 全球照明市场”报告指出，包含植物照明、医疗手术灯照明、海运与港口照明及智慧照明在内的四大特殊商业照明市场逐渐受到市场关注，2016年LED全球特殊商业照明市场规模为43.6亿美元，至2020年将上看164亿美元，2016年至2020年复合成长率达30%。
LEDinside预估2016年全球LED智慧照明市场规模为23.5亿美元，2020年达134.27亿美元，是特殊商业照明应用中最具发展潜力的市场。 LEDinside研究副理吴盈洁表示，虽然LED照明灯具已进入低价时代，但由于智慧照明市场正处萌芽阶段，规模化效应尚未形成，相关软硬体产品成本仍 高，未来随着技术、产品演进，厂商积极推动、大众接受度提升，市场将大幅成长。
全球LED植物照明市场前景也相当乐观。LEDinside预估2016年全球LED植物照明市场规模约5.75亿美元，2020年将快速成长至14.24亿美元。吴 盈洁指出，在全球气候变迁下，精致作物种植、养殖业、食物存放保鲜等市场需求，都带动植物照明市场前景看旺。美国市场更受惠医疗大麻种植合法，部分州省甚 至开放娱乐用大麻，需求渐增。
受惠于LED光效与演色性不断提升，LEDinside预估2016年全球LED医疗手术灯照明市场达6.12亿美元，至2020年达7.87亿美元，主要需求来自欧 洲、北美、日本市场。此外，船舶灯具、港口照明灯具因法规要求较高，单价也较一般照明高，使得LED海运与港口照明成为产值相对稳定、高毛利的特殊照明应 用。LEDinside预估2016年全球LED海运与港口照明市场产值为8.2亿美元。
